Cambridge Intercontinental University is fully accredited by International Education Ministry Accreditation Association (IEMAA) is a Division of IEM. Interfaith Education Ministries (IEM) is an international organization dedicated to Academic Excellence.
Founded in 1965, IEM was originally established to provide certificates of measurement and evaluation of the educational and professional credentials and practices of religious and other nontraditional schools teachers and students.

WCET - the Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications
Cambridge Intercontinental University is a member of WCET - the Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications, founded by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education - WICHE. The Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education is a regional organization created by the Western Regional Education Compact, adopted in the 1950s by Western states. WICHE is an interstate compact created by formal legislative action of the states and the U.S. Congress. Fifteen states are members of WICHE.
WICHE works with its 15 member states to assure access and excellence in higher education for all citizens of the West.

Cambridge Intercontinental University is the member of The International Engineering Consortium (IEC). IEC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to catalyzing technology and business progress worldwide in a range of high-technology industries and their university communities. Since 1944, the IEC has provided high-quality educational opportunities for industry professionals, academics, and students. In conjunction with industry-leading companies, the IEC has developed an extensive, free, on-line educational program. The IEC conducts industry-university programs that have substantial impact on curricula. It also conducts research and develops publications, conferences, and technological exhibits that address major opportunities and challenges of the information age. More than 70 leading high-technology universities are IEC affiliates, and the IEC handles the affairs of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department Heads Association.
LEGAL STATUS OF CAMBRIDGE INTERCONTINENTAL UNIVERSITY
Cambridge Intercontinental University is a legally registered
institution with the Office of the Registrar of Companies in United
States of America. The University's by-laws provide the authority
for granting and carrying out degree programs in Telecommunications
and Networking world-wide. Moreover the by-laws states that the
University is responsible for promoting the Research &
Development work in higher studies. The University is in good
standing in Delaware State of United States of America. The
University's activities are in full compliance with the laws of
Delaware State legislation under SECTION 2.1,ARTICLE II.
The University is a leading player of Telecommunication Education through distance mode using ICT. One of the greatest achievements of CIU is the introduction of FREE Certification Programs offered by a university community. These programs are available Free of Cost to help telecom professionals gain technical skills to deploy solutions and services in vertical segments worldwide . CIU does not receive any government educational funds ( CIU
maintains its own financial funds ) or require residency of its
students, so they have not applied for grants & accreditation by
the U.S. Commissioner of Education.
